Privacy policy

What we collect

• From Google sign-in: your name, email address, profile photo and Google account ID. We never see your Google password.
• What you create: project titles, descriptions, storyboards, and the images, video clips and audio you upload.
• Videos we render for you, and basic usage counts (projects, renders, storage) used to apply limits.
• Technical logs (time, page, errors) kept to run and secure the service.

How we use it

Only to provide AckBiz Video: to sign you in, store and show your projects, render your videos, enforce usage limits, and keep the service secure. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

AI features

If you use AI storyboard generation, the description you write, your project settings and the names of your uploaded media are sent to our AI provider to produce the storyboard. Your media files themselves are not sent.

Who can see your content

Your projects and files are private to your account. Administrators of the service can see account details and usage to operate it and handle abuse.

Storage and deletion

Data is stored on our servers. Deleting a project deletes its files and videos. To delete your account and all its data, contact us and we will do it within 30 days. Backups are kept for up to 6 months.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser remembers your light/dark theme. No tracking cookies.
